Currently Engineering Manager at QualiTech Poland who is planning and managing the work of the project teams. Supporting the client in technical matters.
In engineering since 2010. Team manager and leader with a proven track of record in engineering and execution level. Structural engineer by profession with a strong experience in multidisciplinary industrial projects, from beginning to the end. Went through all engineering levels from line to line AutoCAD drafter to management roles. Experience with a keen eye on a detail and a strong focus on improving performance.

Currently providing high quality support and administration for management/ chairman of the board at QualiTech Poland. Partnering with line/main managers on most complex HR matters. Specialist in running company payroll department.
Previously worked in many various areas as quality, banking and insurance. Skilled in various staff affairs and excellent problem-solver.
Spent some time to live abroad in Norway and Luxembourg. Good at painting and cooking. Perfect daughter, sister and friend.

Eli Margrethe Solberg is an experienced Chief of Projects with a robust background in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in project management, quality assurance, and risk assessment, Eli brings valuable expertise to her role.
Currently leading projects at QualiTech in Stavanger, Norway, Eli has demonstrated leadership in project execution and management throughout her career.
With a bachelor’s degree in construction from the University of Agder (UiA), Eli combines technical knowledge with strategic project oversight. Fluent in English and Norwegian, she excels in risk management, construction, and business development.
